Thank you for shopping with Rainy J! Please review the details below for processing times, shipping rates, free shipping, delivery estimates, and what to do if there’s an issue with your shipment.


1) Order Processing Time (Before It Ships)

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing times may be longer during launches, sales, or peak seasons.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

2) Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order details (weight/size).
  • Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $200 or more (before taxes, after discounts).
  • If your cart qualifies, the free shipping option will appear automatically at checkout.

3) Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates (After It Ships)

Delivery times begin after your order ships and are estimates, not guarantees.

United States

  • Standard shipping: approx. 2–10 business days after shipment
  • Expedited shipping: approx. 1–3 business days after shipment

International (available to select countries)

  • International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
  • Delays may occur due to customs processing.

4) Tracking

  • Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
  • If you don’t see your shipping confirmation, check your spam/promotions folder.

5) Address Accuracy & Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Rainy J is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

6) Shipping Delays

Once an order ships, delivery is handled by the carrier. Rainy J is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • weather conditions
  • carrier service disruptions
  • peak shipping volume

7) Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows the package is delivered but you can’t locate it, please contact the carrier and check with neighbors/household members first.
  • Rainy J is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.

8) Damaged Packages

Products damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the shipping box/packaging and the item immediately
  2. Keep all packaging materials
  3. File a claim with the carrier using your tracking information
